The homeowners wanted to highlight their incredible property, including its best features which included the perimeter of their home, a walkway, trees, a greenhouse, and a dock. Based on what they were looking to accomplish, our landscape lighting technicians created a plan we hoped the homeowners would be excited about.

The tree uplights (also known as bullet lights) that our technicians installed on this property not only allow the homeowner to show off the incredible trees that they have planted on the property but also create a form of path lighting as the trees are aligned with the path leading to their home.
The lights highlighting these trees not only provide aesthetics to the area but safety as well. Safety in that as people enter the property, they can see where they are going.
Path Lights
These path lights walking up the stone steps to the front entryway are some of our favorites. Not only do they seem to make the front of the home more welcoming, but they provide a feeling of comfort as visitors take steps upward towards the front door.
When our team comes out to do estimates, homeowners will often ask us what our most common form of lighting is, and path lights would probably be it. The reason is it’s relatively easy to install, they have plenty of utility, and really adds to the overall look of the home.

When you have such a picturesque view of the water, you want to be able to capture that view not only during the day but at night as well. When you’re talking about walking near water at night, it’s best to watch your step.
