We would like to give Tyler R. a 6-star rating but this scale only goes up to 5-stars.  Tyler was on-time, thorough and educated us on our system.  He made sure he took time to diagnose the issue and was very careful when digging in our yard to ensure minimal damage to our sod. Nick came to check out my system...making sure all the zones were working as expected as well as to show me how to work the control box. He found a few heads needed some work and that one zone was placed outside the fence line. He was earlier than expected, very professional, patient and knew his stuff. Scheduling an appointment for only one week out with JB Sprinklers was easy to do  with the assistance of Hannah and Stephanie.    The tech,  Nick Seiffert, was punctual, neat, professional and efficient.   He identified the problems and was able to complete the repairs the same day.
